Syifa    : Good afternoon, can I help you?
Rahma : I hope so.
Syifa    : What’s your name?
Rahma : My name is Rahma
Syifa    : Can you spell your name?
Rahma : R – A – H – M – A
Syifa    : What’s your phone number?
Rahma : 08565592999
Syifa    : What’s your problem?
Rahma : I bought the television here about three months ago, but the sound and picture quality are awful.
Syifa    : Do you have an outdoor antenna, Ms. Rahma?
Rahma : Yes, I do.
Syifa    : Have you tried adjusting the antenna?
Rahma : Several times.
Syifa    : Hmm. I’ll get our engineers to have a look at it.
Rahma : A friend of mine bought the same model here, and had exactly the same problems. I want a refund!
Syifa    : I’m afraid, it isn’t our policy to give refunds.
Rahma : I want to see the manager!
Syifa    : Hm okay, please follow me Ms. Rahma
*Rahma and Syifa is going to customer’s waiting room*
*then Anissa as a manager come to the room*
Syifa    : Hello Ms. Rahma, this is Ms. Anissa the manager of this store.
Anissa : Hello, my name is Anissa the manager of this store. Can I help you?
Rahma : Hello Ms. Nissa, my name is Rahma. I want to complain about this store. I bought the television here, but it’s so bad.
Anissa : Hm okay Ms. Rahma, firs I want to say sorry to you, about the television you bought at this store. So, what can I do to make  you feel better?
Rahma : I want a refund!
Anissa : It’s okay Ms. Rahma. I will give you a refund. And as a sign of our apology, this store will send you a gift to your house.
Rahma : Okay thankyou Ms. Nissa.
Anissa : You’re welcome.
*Anissa and Rahma is going to lobby of that store*
Syifa    : So, do you have any problem?
Rahma : No, thank you Ms. Syifa and Ms. Nissa
